The Main Street Theatre &
strives to nourish creativity by providing high quality theatrical and dance training as well as performing opportunities to everyone in our diverse community. We believe that every person, child or adult, should have the opportunity to participate in the arts, regardless of cultural, socio-economic, ethnic background or age.
MST&DA is located at the Roosevelt Island Cultural Center, 548 Main Street. One stop past 63rd and Lexington on the F line.
Walk down the breezeway directly across from the historic Church of the Good Shepherd and take the red stairs to the left!
For elevator access enter through the double-doors directly behind the Public Safety office. Take the elevator down one floor and our door is to the right!

The Main Street Theatre & Dance Alliance
October 10th, 2016 - "The Lion in Winter" Staged Reading Series at 8pm in the Howe Theatre. Free admission limited to 100 seats. A $5 voluntary donation can be made to MST&DA.
October 22nd, 2016 - "An Evening of Dance & Music" featuring Courtney Ramm of Ramm Dance in the Howe Theatre at 7pm. Free Admission limited to 100 seats, donations welcome.
October 28th, 2016 - Comedy Improv Show for adults at 8pm. Tickets are $10 for RI residents and $15 for non-residents. Not appropriate for children. Family Friendly Improv is in December. See our Comedy page for more details.
